So Sheila is running because she is tired of waiting for Peter to move on?

She knows he's doing a good job but she wants to be Mayor so she's setting up dumpkelly.com to ruin his good reputation so she gets her way.

Questionable behavior for someone who wants to take on such an important role in HRM's future.
