I only hope this marks the end of the seemingly endless appeals process for this development. Although even if it does, so much time has been wasted and with the winter months coming the project will likely not start for some time yet.

He's referring to the HRM by Design project. The only "controversy" Mr. Epstein, was from you and your ilk who would see this city stagnate and crumble.

do ya suppose MANHATTAN was built on the Kelly/heritage/epstien philosophy???? if you dont want to grow and increase the pace, then build a retirement community with one story structures for yourselves ....FAR AWAY from us!! please!!!!!
