I just watched a news story about redesigning downtown Halifax. We will never see any decent progress in this city with the paper pusher Kelly in charge. He should have stood up to these anti-progress historical groups a long time ago. It is pretty sad when a town like Moncton can outshine Halifax at every turn.
Someone needs to run against him. Please!!!!!!
